Features of the Rapid 5X Series

Changeable cork compressor

A full four-jaw cork compressor with brass jaws is installed in all Rapid 5X corking machines. Thanks to the innovative interchangeable system, several different cork compressors can be used on the same machine. This means that bottles with different sized bottle mouths can also be corked. 

Vacuum kit

Good wine needs to be carefully sealed. To meet the highest quality requirements, the Rapid 5X corkers can be equipped with an additional vacuum unit. Before corking, the bottle neck is partially evacuated immediately before the cork enters the bottle. Since the vacuum is generated by a Venturi nozzle, only an air compressor is required for its operation. 

Roller conveyor

Large wine bottles make a big impression - but they also weigh a lot. To enable the operator to place the bottles more ergonomically under the cork lock, our largest corking machine Rapid 58 is equipped with a height-adjustable roller conveyor. The bottle can simply be pushed under the cork lock and no longer has to be pressed into the machine by a bottle plate with spring, as is the case with classic manual corkers. 

Rapid 55C / 56C for Champagne-type bottles

Champagne type bottles want to be treated specially. No problem for the ELVAmac Rapid 5xC series. With the optional wire hooder, you have everything nicely combined in one machine. With our different machine sizes, we can cope with any type of champagne bottle - even for your special formats. 

Sertalu S41

The manual capper for crew caps. Thanks to the professional capping head and the controlled head pressure, the capper can be used not only for Pilferproof, but also for BVS and MCA closures. The machine is equipped with the appropriate capping head for your application.

Thanks to the pedal system and the side crank, the machine can be operated ergonomically. Purely manual operation: neither electricity nor compressed air is required.
